All orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays or high demand periods.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, there may be rare cases where delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Compensation for Late Delivery
If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe (5–10 working days), you will be eligible for a 10% discount on the product value as compensation.

Late Delivery – Return & Refund Policy
If a customer no longer wishes to keep the product due to a delayed delivery, the following conditions will apply:

  • The customer must first return the product to us in its original condition.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund (chargeback).
  • Refunds will only be issued after successful return and verification of the product.
