Compensation for Late Delivery
If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe (5–10 working days), you will be eligible for a 10% discount on the product value as compensation.
Late Delivery – Return & Refund Policy
If a customer no longer wishes to keep the product due to a delayed delivery, the following conditions will apply:
- The customer must first return the product to us in its original condition.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund (chargeback).
- Refunds will only be issued after successful return and verification of the product.
